The only way a non-running EV can be recovered apparently.
No neutral available, so the motor is permenantly connected to the wheels meaning they can't be towed - permenant magnet motors act as generators when back driven.
Probably more than just a flat battery, as the AA & RAC have emergency recharging vans to put enough charge into a vehicle to allow it to be driven to a charge point.
More reasons not to want an EV !
