Guilty as charged, I should not presume that you want to build in this area or in Mexico at all. With a background of 25+ years of hands-on work in many types of construction, having contractor's licenses and journeyman certification in 2 states, and working in professional architectural/design offices for almost 20 years designing and producing plan sets for residential, industrial, and commercial construction, since moving here I have seen a lot of inappropriate materials and construction practices. Yes, it was a presumption on my part to second guess that someone without much construction background might not have the expected outcome here. I am going back into my cave now.
