Chad I believe you are incorrect about the snapoffs, at the Gizzy nats there were more snapoffs made by the less experianced casters. these were caused by a number of reasons but mostly due to the operator.
In your vocation you are trained to apportion blame in cases of injury by neglegence. I wish no organizer to go through that process.
The thing about this change that gets to me most is that a number of members of the NZACA have just wasted about two years getting CASTING rules settup to as fair as possiable for all.
The UKSF based rules are a standard reconised around the world. That standard attracts sponsers which the NZACA are good at upsetting.
After only one year or less I dont beleive the UKSF rules had been given a fair go. We are now back in the darkness.
