Appreciate the information being shared. Here is a personal note to the people reading this. (MPI/Govt/Industry).

I have a 10 year old boy that I have been taking surfcasting in the Hawkes Bay for the last 5 years , I have struggled to get him interested as the day is usually about baiting hooks and no fish being caught , hence his desire to go back to a wifi zone and get on his devise.( Not Ideal)

Do we want our kids to catch fish like we did or play the fishing game on the laptop.......

This was not the same when I was his age as all types of fish where abundant in this area.

Please keep the Wellington and offshore harvesters out of the Hawkes Bay with our flat/sandy seabed they loose no gear and up there $$$$ then can bring into Ahuriri to add to HIS processing count
It has to stop now.

The Europeans would march on Parliament with this information come on Kiwis rally on this and keep the pressure on.
