Hi Trev.That story is on their website. Go to www.thefishingpaper.co.nz click on fishing gallery and then scroll down to june 07. Its called missus gets her duck. The fishing paper is a good read. Crimpy and the team do a great job of it and the best part is its free.
I haven't been out fishing much yet, been giving the whitebait a nudge. will give you a ring when I get organised, probably about the end of Oct when the bait taper off and the fishing usually picks up. Nice pics of the beach. That is where I did most of my fishing last year, but got my best catch back the other way towards town. We nearly always get a good spell of weather at the beginning of November and thats our best chance to get a decent snapper. cheers.
