Unlike tacos, there's no adding additional toppings like lettuce, cheese, or tomatoes. No sauce either. So really easy to make and don't have to buy extra shit.
As for taste, it was pretty spicy. Too spicy, really. But a good way to get this chicken down.
I've also tried dry rubs. This is just combining some spices and coating the chicken with it before grilling. It doesn't taste good by any means but, like the spicy fajitas, it's just a good way to choke this stuff down.
I've given up on this Nando's sauce. It tastes like nothing. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
So yeah, I used five chicken breasts in this, it will probably last three days, that's nearly two chicken breasts a day. Perfect. Plus, I'll eat a sandwich a day. Maybe a bowl of Fruit & Fibre too. Totally solid.
And the weight lifting is going great. Almost maxed this set out and I'm lifting this shit like it's nothing. Just six weeks ago I was struggling with 5kg.
