I don't imagine that Germany would be any better.
So yeah, I think my lady friend is probably the best that I can do. And I'm just talking about attracting women. Getting them to actually want to go out more than once is the real challenge.
Took a big dump today. Nice to clean house. Ended with pureed diarrhea.
Speaking of which, I'm thinking of getting a blender for smoothies. I entertained this idea a few months ago and in the end decided against it. From what I read online, you actually get more nutrients from eating the fruit raw. But...I'm not eating the fruit raw. So maybe the smoothies will encourage me to injest some fruit.
All you really need is bananas anyway. Some other fruit can be added for flavour. But yeah, I think it would be good because my right arm still feels a bit weak and I don't think I'm making good progress. I think it's down to not eating enough. If you're looking for big gains, you have to eat a lot. That's the difficult part for me.
I also find myself sleeping a lot. I think it's because I'm working out but not eating enough.
So yeah, smoothies. Get some more calories and vitamins and whatnot. Can't be bad for you. It's fruit.
People also put supplements and shit like this in them but I don't want to use that stuff just now. Want to see how far I can do things naturally.
