Hey, I may finally get paid for a job that I did in January. All it took was to raise an action in court.

What complete scumbags. They didn't reply to any of my increasingly threatening emails or any of my phone calls. They didn't even reply to my last email that said, "Hey, if you don't pay me by the end of the week, I'm going to raise an action in court."

Then suddenly this guy gets the court summons and he found the money. "Oh, I'm sorry. Please accept my apology. How much do you require to drop the case?"

Where were you when I was sending these emails? Where were you when I was calling? It's crazy. What on earth are they thinking?

They also call me today asking if I would do a three day case for them. Yeah, I don't think so. That will just be another nine months of phone calls and emails and then having to raise a court action before I maybe get paid.

In other work-related news, got an email from some company I worked for and still do very ocassional work for. It seems that there was a transcript that I didn't do from a year and a half ago. So the email talks about how angry the judge is and can I do it in the next few days and ends with "I await your reply."

I tore that bitch a new anus. I was never told that this was ordered. You're the ones who have the list of what was ordered on what date. So it's your fault that this wasn't done. Here are the audio files. You want it done now, you do it.

They give me 1/3 of the money for doing 100% of the work AND they think that they can speak to me like this? Not a chance.

This is the same lunatic who when I passed out at work and texted her saying that the case ended early because I took ill, said, "okay". Didn't ask how I was. Didn't give a shit.

This is the same lunatic who said she's going to have surgery so to contact her colleague and when i said "okay, good luck" she didn't reply.

So go fuck yourself. I don't need your jobs where you give me 33% of the money and I certainly don't need the attitude. You somehow don't realise that a transcript for 18 months ago was never done and that's my problem? YOU'RE THE ONE GETTING THE ORDERS, YOU IDIOT! They're not contacting me. Do something for your 66% share of the profits.

So never again with these people. I was doing the odd job for them as a courtesy but forget it now.

This was a real law-filled post. It would be a shame not to continue with more legal news.

Doing a good case this week. It's a custody case and I think that the mother is mentally ill. She made up all kinds of weird sexual shit about the father. It's not often that you see somebody lying this badly. It's almost comical. This bad theatrics.

But what got me is the little stuff she complained about. For example, she was upset with her husband because he would get annoyed with her taking one bite out of a Mars bar and then putting it back in the kitchen cabinet.

And she's talking about this like, "Can you believe this guy getting angry about me taking one bite out of a Mars bar and putting it back? What's wrong with that?"

What kind of lunatic takes a single bite from a chocolate bar and then puts it back in the cabinet? As far as I'm concerned, that's grounds for divorce in itself.

But yeah, she's either mentally ill or a huge bitch.
