Also deleted Tinder because I accidentally "super liked" somebody who I saw on Happn who, I suspect, lives in the same building as me. So I had to immediately delete the account. I was talking to that fat crazy woman but not really and I wasn't interested.
You know what I've noticed? After a few days of not bathing, a funk really does develop. I like to sleep with my head under the covers, particularly when it's cold. But after about four or five days of not bathing, it becomes unbearable. It's perfectly fine the first four or five days but those last two or three days are bad. So I'm thinking maybe bump my shower schedule up to twice a week. Maybe a Sunday and a Wednesday.
I perhaps only notice this when I'm not working so therefore not using deodorant or cologne. So that's another factor to consider. But I think adding another day of bathing is a good idea anyway.
Let me see what the internet suggests. Yeah, all the scientists seem to be in agreement that once or twice a week is ideal. Environmental issues as well as biological reasons. Daily showering isn't healthy. Removes essential oils.
So good for me.
