Andy, it's not that i can't be bothered with apprentices, it takes such a long time to find anyone under the age of 20 that is willing to learn. then day release is taken up with 2 hours @ start of the day talking bout what was on big brother last nite, recovering from the 5 joints theve had on the way to college & the last 2 hours with what they think is going to happen on big brother tonight, by the time they've had lunch, more drugs, breaks ect they only end up paying attention for about 2 hours a day (if there lucky), and when asked about there day when there back at work they can't remember,
the college tutor that visits my apprentice knows less than the 1st years he's teaching.
i'm not that old myself & can remember when i was at college & none of the messing around they get upto today was tollerated. !!!
