I have been trying to explain to the customers why the test is shown at cost and then of course trying to explain the "arrangement fee"
I have experienced two reactions, one they look at you very suspiciously probably thinking your ripping them off somehow.
The second thing I have noticed is their eyes glazing over because you have bored them senseless trying to honestly explain the complicated invoice.
How to loose customers in one easy lesson, thank you v.a.t. man for complicating what used to be a simple transaction.
