Yes it is a problem to try to balance time off for training against the costs incurred - both money & time.
This year i have had 3 day visits to Autologic 1 weekend & 1 network evening with Frank Massey & 2 Saturdays with James Dillon for myself & 2 days for my two workers. The costs will frighten me if I add them up , but without keeping up we will be left behind. All the training is quite a distance from home so travel & accomodation are big costs too. Thankfully SPX have invested 20million just down the road in Gloucester so thats good!!
Back to your original thread Sean yes I am going to Harrogate - managed to book a cheaper hotel in the same road ( Azalea Court ) so I will hopefully meet up & join you for an irn bru!
