Is that the "service" which is really an oil change??!!! gggggrrrrrr misadvertising really pisses me off and makes us all look like we are the rip off merchants!! pardon my french!
luckily i have a large customer base that have grown to trust us so them desperate "garages" (i use the word very lightly) dont effect us. touch wood.
