Hopefully this is another step towards removing from our roads, cars and their owners, that are a pain to every decent garage whether testing stations or not.I,m sure we all have customers that every year "forget" about their Mot until the road tax is due and then make it our problem. When I was testing I found the hardest customers to deal with were other traders that retailed cars to the public.I think most testing stations soon recognise good customers whether trade or retail and it is in all our interests to keep good customers.I think the biggest problem with the current changes is that 95% of the public are completely unaware of what is happening and that will cause headaches for all of us.
