Pleased to see you are not giving up on this one.
You post
Emissions after EML cancelled: o% CO, 20ppm
HC, CO2 12%, 02 5.8%
(These figures returned to normal after about 15 mins)
How I see it is after 15 mins the ECU has adapted the fueling to compensate for the lean mixture, ie 5.8% O2.( are these idle or cruise figures? )
The O2 sensor is reporting a lean mixture, confirmed by your emission figures.
Sorry for asking if you have posted it before, have you a manifold vacuum figure ?
