I thought the maximum was around 15-20% +/- and the LTFT was about +/- 20% for EML to come on after a set amount of time.
I thought STFT were rapid adjustments to fuelling requirements so its (how i understand it) always requesting more fuel which is either low fuel pressure or flow or an air leak which has been checked and re-checked.
I'm sure i've read before that these cars suffer with in tank fuel pick-up problems as they sit in a swirl pot which is filled up under pressure from the return line of the fuel filter now if its got a weak return regulator could it cause the fuel to return to early which can result in low fuel flow and pressure.
Also would a low fuel tank content and poor pump/pick-up make matters worse.
How do you measure fuel flow, is it with engine running?
