I've got a 2nd hand ecu for this type of engine Z10XE which you can borrow if needed but its not reset but i do have the immobiliser code to reset it.

Actually thinking about it i have the ECU, BCM, key reader and transponder chip but no instrument cluster but you could reset yours and re-align to the ecu/bcm for testing.
