Hi Adam, That certainly makes things more difficult. Has it got hydraulic valves? If so, I suspect a valve stick problem. If this was my problem, I would do a Forte engine flush and Gas treatment as a starter and let the customer have it for a few days and see how it goes. This will at least give you breathing space until more replies come in. Again...best of luck Pete M
