Difficult one, this one. BBA want £450 + VAT + carriage for an exchange unit. Customer hasn't got the money to pay for the repairs and will have to borrow it etc etc. Do I take the plunge and order the parts, or do I blow it out and send him to Mitsubishi, possibly saving my self £450 if it's not fixed. Any increasingly common dilemma.
