Took the throttle body off today. It was badly carboned up behind the butterfly. Couldn't see it in situ. Out if interest, I dismantled it to see what actually operated the butterfly. Theres bugger all to it! Two sets of windings acting on a spindle and it was as clean as a whistle. Can't see what can go wrong with them apart from windings failing I suppose. Mine seemed perfect, so I've cleaned it thoroughly and will refit tomorrow or monday. I'll keep you posted.
