Cleaning throttle body made no difference at all. Road tested vehicle and noticed as I pulled up that it dropped down to three cylinders. Customer champing at the bit and moaning about cost. I'm not prepared to risk £450 + VAT on a part that I'm not convinced is going to fix the problem, so decided to move this one on. Couple of hours lost, but I've learnt from the experience - don't get involved unless the owner is well off!
