Soo, Bsically what you are saying is that the PCM "Losing" the coding is a good indicator that the injectors are going out of spec and that they should be overhauled/replaced.
You are also saying that the "Suddeness" of this is actually programmed into the PCM to force a service inspection.
Soo, I ought to contact the owner and suggest a new set of injectors?
(PS at the risk of sounding ignorent, I have not yet had the privalage of removing the injectors from one of these yet (or indeed observing any fault for that matter!) How do you do it? Do you need a "Clean room"? and so on!)
