Probably be a fused link wire to the trigger terminal from the battery to bypass all the French system rubbish, systems on cars nowadays seem to have thrown logic to the winds, an example, Focus fuel filter change on a 51 TDDI focus I had on Sunday,no in tank pump, and had to vac. bleed on the return line, Ford say you have to jack the back of the car very high and then vac bleed on the return, talk about simple jobs ! This job gets more perplexing by the day !!
