I wonder how accurate this is? A problem for Corbyn is that at a time when there's a clear vacuum of 'leadership' at the heart of the political system, a vacuum Corbyn could, in theory, step into and turn it to his advantage; he's perceived by many people as weak and ineffective, lacking a resolute vision to take the country forward after this colssal mess is over. People seem to want strong and effective leadership. People have respect for that, not this endless prevarication. Only Corbyn hasn't got what it takes.
