It has been fluctuating around the 250 mark for 800000 years. So `0' is not the natural state to compare the CO2 levels to. For me what stands out is the slowness of previous high points compared to the present sudden increase. This graph is better https://www.co2levels.org/ as it allows you to zoom in on any period, eg of 100 or 1000 years. Re your last point; true what you say. Also it really doesn't help if people dismiss such concerns because they've been articulated by someone from the wrong class or because they've appeared in the MSM. Good to be skeptical, but if the argument is just that, it's very weak.
