The swabs were still positive on day 30. Whether I'm immune now or not is completely up in the air - certainly I struggled to clear the virus. I would say I have a normal immune system - no known cancer or HIV though I guess it's possible. Usually I get 5 or 6 colds a year because I live with children of nursery school age. Statistically 15% of them will be caused by a corona virus of some variety. I normally shrug things off within 48 hours and only very rarely get fevers almost never lasting more than 24 hours. It's a totally bizarre disease with multiple weird effects in every organ system. We have no idea what we re doing. |
