Brits I'm not sure of but the two non-fiction books I mentioned above both go into some detail about the yanks and their war crimes. Also a more recent book, "Tiger Force" by Michael Salla & Mitch Weiss tells how a special unit basically went on the rampage and it was all covered up. I have not read this yet but have read reviews of it and it sounds like serious journalism. Douglas Valentine also wrote a book about the Phoenix Program called err The Phoenix Program which exposes how "...the Phoenix program, the US attempt to destroy the Viet Cong through torture and summary execution" failed miserably. Of course Seymour Hersch's original reporting on My Lai is included in "Tell me No Lies" edited by John Pilger (along with a TON of other good journalism).
