..also, not all men or women have conventional mixes of chromosomes, so even the biological sex definition is a bit unclear on its own. I quite enjoyed this video on ideas of gender around the world and in history - though he waffles on a bit between the interesting bits (i posted it before - it's not posted now as part of an argument or anything - it's just interesting; if anything the common idea of third (or more) genders explored could go along with rowling's position) |
