In my humble opinion, this comparison with tuberculosis etc., is ‘look over there’ argument.

I’ll bite, for the first one: tuberculosis (say).

Let’s take the US as an example, since that article is relatively US-centric. Now, reportedly tuberculosis deaths in the USA currently, is zero. Similar to the UK etc.

    https://www.cdc.gov/tb/statistics/reports/2019/table1.htm

Worldwide, in 2010 (the latest date I could find), tuberculosis death rates per 100,000 people in different areas of the world i.e. globally was (178). It’s bad, mostly, but not all in Africa (327), from memory. We all know Gates is heavily involved in this vaccination process, especially in Africa (see links below) fwiw (fact). Meanwhile this is a medical method which has been theoretically available for the last 100 years, since originally applied. Hmm, I smell something fishy : ). 100 years availability versus zero i.e. now.

I’m sure you can google the Worldmeter for the global death rates from the corona for comparison, but from the ‘western’ perspective, these stats are important:

    https://www.statista.com/chart/21170/coronavirus-death-rate-worldwide/

As you, no doubt, realise, that is just a pre-amble to asking a simple question: Which deaths matter more?. I think you know the answer.

Secondly, for the deaths that are nearer to us, geographically, as well (I suppose) as emotionally, broadly speaking, and in our neighbourhood, i.e. us chickens … we need to discuss this impact. You keep deflecting imo.

You have packed more ideas into your missive admittedly, so I am forced to look at each claim separately (yuck, but OK). For example:

Do these authors complain that the million plus yearly worldwide Tuberculosis deaths are not reported daily?

It seems a weird question since the authors can have access to John Hopkins data. Are they complaining? Non-sequitur imho.

Or the hundreds of thousands of flu deaths? Or cancer deaths? I could go on.

Essentially the same as above except for the note that cancer/flu deaths could be treated on its own merit. I could go into it separately. For illustration, above will serve.

The fact that they are not year in year out shows (according to their logic) (i) that death has been normalized for years and (ii) "the workers must die".

Agree. We have an uncaring world i.e. ‘western values’ don’t shine globally and the West doesn’t look after their workers. Both true. And?

And then, the complete opposite is happening now -- the daily deaths of this disease are being reported. So they seem to have a few screws loose.

I don’t want to cast aspersions : ) but this really does not make sense. Sorry : (.

"But even the spread of the virus into the ruling class, and into the White House itself, has no effect on the response."

Eh, perhaps because the disease didn't actually affect anyone? Just like so many "cases".

I am sorry, it is the same as the prior assertion, it doesn’t make any sense to me, your context etc. Let’s not confuse the MSM with statistics.

I am sure you may disagree, but hey, be my guest : ). It’s complicated : ). It's all fun at TLN
