I had understood that Mona was keeping Sofie/Sofia restrained (i.e. upstairs or behind the bar) when other dogs were around.
I and a good friend have both had problems with Sofie attacking our dogs, without provocation.
I am sorry to hear that someone else has encountered a similar problem.
