Why would the “victim” seek a second confrontation with the dog’s owner (Mona speaking for Anaxx?) when his/her responses so far have been resistant and defiant? Mona said “Anaxx and the lady,” so my gender assumption was based on that comment. At any rate, my neighbors and I could never have stopped a relentless animal poisoner without the level-headed, proactive, compassionate help of Gustavo during his second term as delegado. This is a matter for the current delegado. “Everyone” (full-timers and annual snowbirds) knows that there is an aggressive dog on the beach who is not always under control.
