Shayla, I, too, am grateful that I can take my dog into most businesses in La Manzanilla.
What I am lamenting here is not being able to trust that I can walk my dog, safely, down a public beach without a surprise attack.
Please don't mock, minimize, or patronize those of us who wish to do just that.
