Marc Tsutsui, the general manager of NAPA in Albuquerque, told me that NAPA has discontinued sponsorship of what was formerly called sandia speedway as of January 2014. The contract had originally been for three years.

Other reliable sources have indicated that NAPA withdrew sponsorship because they didn't receive the caliber of advertisement that was expected for the funds, and that Charlie Fagan was difficult to work with.
