With respect to Members of the NZACA I will respond. However I must say that you, Hangler, continue to astound me by assuming that matters, as you have raised, have not been dealt with. Give us a little credit. Also where do you get off suggesting extracts from minutes are published on this forum. You are not even a member of the NZACA. I accept that making this information available on this site also gives anyone the right to comment but it does not give anyone the right to make demands. Especially those who cant put themselves out to step up to the plate.
As for the matter of all Documents presented at the Executive meeting regarding the 2014 Nationals. It was moved seconded and passed by 13 to 2 to Table Chads Proposal as the Template and the other two papers to be tabled as discussion documents to be read in conjunction with the Template and the responses from the clubs. The Gentleman concerned voted for.
After some very controlled debate it was moved to adopt Chads Proposal in Principle only. At this point the former Nationals coordinator, who voted against this, announced he was resigning and left the room. Following:
A Sub Committee of seven has been given the task of finalising the format for the 2014 Nationals. They have been directed to consider "ALL" of the written documentation. Nothing and no one is being ignored. I can also add that the meeting was attended by the biggest amount of Executive members for some many years and also in attendance were two Club Representitives and two Club observers.
This is the final post regarding this matter. Once the final format has been accepted by the Executive all Clubs will be notified.
