Would have been good to see the banning of bottom trawling as they did with set netting or come up with an alternative that would prevent destruction of the environment the fish live in. Ideally commercial fishing within 3km of the shoreline also needs to stop. but as you say hangler we have a foot in the first rung of the ladder commercial operators just need to start playing ball too before they have nothing to earn a living from.
