Yes I agree millions of little fish killed and dumped.I think there has to be a better way.Commercial fishing has been doing the same old thing over and over little fish being killed.
Most of us when we go out in a boat and catch a small fish we change our gear bigger baits,bigger hooks so we try not to catch the little ones.What does the commercial boats do same old same old never change keep catching the little ones.Them along with the government should work out a method of not catching them.There has got to be a better way.
I am certain that the way this fishing thing is governed in 30 years or so you will not be allowed to catch any snapper at all and it will be left only to the commercial fishers.
