I think many of the "reasons" you mention would apply on certain days and in certain circumstances.
For example, casting further may be the deciding factor on some beaches. The right bait might be the deciding factor at certain spots and times of year.
And of course the more you fish the more chance you have of catching something.
I dont think money has a huge part in it except for the ability to travel to remote areas and fish MORE..
If you put an 'expert' and joe-average on the same beach at the same time things dont always work out in favour of the expert. We've seen that in competition situations.
@Gary - the fish don't know where the car park is true - but the area in front of the car park will certainly have had higher fishing pressure than areas only reachable by quads.
