Currently playing: Unreal World. It's the most Finnish game ever. It's a rogue-like game (if you're a nerd who knows what that means) based in prehistoric Finland. You live on your own in the wilderness and just have to survive.
I played the game years ago and wanted to like it but just couldn't figure it out. Couldn't catch any food so kept dying.
But now I have it all figured out and it's awesome. In my current game I'm on a little island by myself so no trading is possible. It wasn't easy but I built a little shelter and later a cellar yo store food. I fish with a spear.
Most recently, I finally finished my little two tile cabin. So no more sleeping in that rudimentary shelter for me. Also built a fireplace so it's toasty. And a bed but no fur mattress or blankets.
I haven't figured the hunting out yet. I killed a squirrel but that's it. There's a seal who hangs out around my home and I've seen him twice but he dives into the water as soon as I approach. Maybe I have to throw the spear but I don't want to risk losing it because that's how I get fish.
Summer is nearly over but I have all of fall to prepare for winter. Just have to stock up on food. If I manage to kill that seal that would be awesome too. Aside from all the meat I could turn the hide into clothes and/or bedding.
So I recommend it. It's a free game and ITE been in development for like ten years.
