No work today so I had time for some Unreal Worlding. Much progress has been made.

A big elk fell in a pit trap so I killed him. I built that trap ages ago but figured that it didn't work because nobody ever went in it. But then this elk did.

Then I got to thinking "what about that annoying seal who keeps waking me up and interrupting my work?" So I set another pit trap on the coast where a bunch of seal tracks were. Next day, big ass seal in the pit. I beat him with the blunt end of my spear hoping to preserve the skin but it still ended up being of the lowest quality. Maybe it's just skinning ability that determines quality as opposed to method of death.

Then a few days later, another seal fell in that trap. So again, I clubbed him and skinned him.

I used the elk skin for bedding. If you have fur on your bed you're supposed to sleep better.

But I turned the first elk into mittens and a hat. I had neither. I'd sometimes get messages that my hands are cold. No longer. And now my head is toasty too. I already had a cowl but the hat adds to the warmth.

The second seal just got turned into leather ropes which I then used to smoke part of his carcass. If you smoke meat it lasts longer. I ended up spoiling quite a bit of this elk meat because I had no way to preserve it other than putting it in the cellar.

Also been picking some wild fruit and herbs and mystery stuff. None of it seems to spoil which is odd. I mean, leave fruit out and it will spoil quickly. Of course you can preserve it but this guy doesn't have any jars or presumably the know how to preserve fruit.

So haven't had to fish in a while which is good. Freed me up to do other things. One thing was expanding the size of my house. I doubled it from two tiles to four. Sweet. Then I built a table.

I'm kind of running out of things to do. So I got bored and built a fence all around my property. It's supposed to keep animals and people out which prevents theft but I'm on an island anyway. I don't think people can reach me. And maybe the animals eat stuff but I don't know.

I wouldn't mind it if there were a door to the gate. As it is, you have to climb over whenever you want to enter or leave. That's a bit stupid.

I'm in front of the door of the cabin. There's the bed in the upper left, the fireplace in the upper right, the table in the lower right, and the meat being smoked in the lower left. The cellar is outside of the cabin at the lower right and above the cellar is the shelter where I lived for a good few months before I built the cabin. The fence surrounds the permimiter.

In other news, hey it seems that this Pakistani doctor is on the market again. She posts updates to her WhatsApp all the time. Literally several times a day. And she always seems to be online.

It was just a month or so ago that she was posting about what a "real man" this guy was because he took her to some presumably nice restaurant. But now she gives some "Seshi wisdom" (whatever that is...maybe she has a friend called Seshi) about how single men over 30 are "damaged" so "dump them ASAP". This comes from Fariah, single, 31 years old.

She also regularly posts about her endless holidays, buying a sports car on a whim, et cetera. She doesn't seem to work so I don't know how she can afford this stuff. Maybe she's diagnosing her patients over WhatsApp.

What else...oh, some Filipina who I spoke to last year. We talked for maybe 30 minutes, then she said she didn't live in London but was planning to move in a few months, so I made my excuses and said goodnight. I didn't talk to her after that.

But a few weeks ago, I sent her a message asking if she moved to London. I wasn't interested in going out with her, I was just curious if she ever moved. She blocked me. But now I see that she unblocked me. That's weird. I have her blocked, though and won't be unblocking.

Crazy Evie also blocked me a few weeks ago. Maybe I mentioned this. It was after I told her that I was going out with that Chinese woman and asked her if she liked Chinese men. She said that she didn't and made a disparaging comment about their apperance.

I haven't been using the internet dating for the past couple of weeks. I'm going to try the site that I was banned from again when/if the spirit moves me. I really hate that site because I've been banned a few times from there and it's over absolutely nothing so that place is clearly moderated by limp-wristed homosexuals. But I was having far more success there than this other site with the 200+ messages and no replies. It's weird because I prefer this other site and that's where I've met most of the women but it just doesn't seem to be working now.
