Nayoung. 30. Unemployed. Her profile is all in Russian but she's ethnically Korean, I assume. Looks alright. Might be half-white.
En. 27. Vietnamese bio-pharmacy student. No hook-ups. Also no close pictures of her face.
So again, disappointing. Just a couple of immigrants. Although, it's only been 12 hours. I really should be giving these 24 hours to get a fair assessment of how successful (or not) I am in each country.
It would make a decent study. I'm telling you now that you get way more matches in the East than you do in the West. There's no question about that.
I wonder if in places like Poland you would get more matches. Or Russia.
What about South America? I never tried that. Or Mexico.
But yeah, I'm going to give Korea another 12 hours at least. Whenever I can next swipe. Also gives these women a chance to unmatch me. I think 24 hours is necessary because I could be swiping at ridiculous local times.
And then...keep it in Asia or try something else? What would be the most scientifically sound choice? I can only do, at most, one country a day. And there's a lot of countries out there. Maybe Vietnam. Although, from what these two Vietnamese women I met had to say, Tinder is not popular in Vietnam.
Here's an article, 20 countries that use Tinder the most. Maybe I should start with this.
India
New Zealand
Chile
Finland
Denmark
Norway
Ireland
Italy
Belgium
Argentina
Spain
Mexico
Netherlands
Germany
Australia
France
Canada
Brazil
UK
US
That list must be in reverse order. Yeah. We can eliminate all of the European countries. And the US and Canada. That didn't really get us anywhere.
I'm almost certain that Tinder isn't used in China. They use Wechat and probably other shit. Southeast Asia might be a waste of time, again, because Tinder just isn't used.
I'll try Mexico next. Then Brazil.
