I have had this fault before on a couple of family members vehicles.

It was a little while back before I got injected with the 'scope' disease. So I could not scope the signals.

Both vehicles were fixed with a genuine Cam sensor after trying an aftermarket sensor.

My feelings are that if the ECU isn't happy with the signal and throws up a code, we should be able to intercept the problem with the scope.

I have put a request for a known good in the 'Autoscope' section.
