    Hi Brodie
I have watched TPS at all times and it shows a perfect reading every time. I have also scoped it in the workshop on Picoscope and the rise and fall is perfect with no glitches or drop-outs etc. Yesterday I ran the Turbo boost Valve from my scan tool and It is indeed switching on/off ok! Fed Turbo Actuator directly from Vacumm pump and Turbo spins fine as well! The only thing that I can see happening on test-drive is when I have my Vac/Pressure guage tapped into the actuator Vac pipe it is drawing approx 20" at idle, when moving off and Turbo is working ok it has approx 10" of Vac at the actuator and all boost figures are fine on scan tool. When Turbo goes Flat Vac drops to 0" at actuator and all boost pressures and airflow go wrong, ie: Boost figures go high, Airflow goes low or stays at approx 450!! When running perfect these figures are more like 2395 of boost and 998 to 1098 of airflow! Still seems as though something is switching the boost control solenoid on and off at it's own will! I'm gonna feed the Boost solenoid with a direct Vacumm today as the source it uses also feeds EGR valve etc and I will post again. I'm tempted to take the exhaust down again and have a better look at the Cat as the airflow still suggests a blockage! oh and just to make things harder it has no fault codes flagged now either, Which makes me think it's still mechanical as well!
Thanks for all the replies chaps, Please keep them coming (it's nearly Xmas)
    Gunner!
