That kind of rather irritating nonsense about my family, grates. Not everyone has the 'privilege' of coming from the working class.
I didn't vote in the referendum because I wasn' allowed to, simple.
What am I supposed to have not answered? Does it even matter? Considrering how easy it is to manipulate the public, who appear to believe all sorts of nonsense and our structurally misinformed about lots of stuff, I can't see why the result of the referendum is so sacred. I simply don't understand why people who say their leftists are so enamoured with such a stupid result? I think the whole thing was absurd and should never have happened in the first place. It was destructive and a gigantic waste of time and energy. A huge mess which'll have bad consequences for the 'little people' who thought they were voting for something better.
If the result had be 'remain' I'm not sure that I would have wanted another vote, though, to be honest I'm not all that bothered one way or the other. The status quo would have carried on and it's higly unlikely, because of that fact, that parliament would have been involved in the grotesque farce it's mired in now, with political disintegration with potentially dire consequences to follow. Who knows? It's difficult to speculate considering how different the circumstances are. I fail to comprehend why that's so hard to understand?
Also I can't see the point of continuing this discussion, because I'm not a big fan of religous political dogmatism, of the left or right.
