Isn't it just touch arrogant to argue that your version of 'democracy' is the correct one? Are all the millions who voted to remain within the EU members of the Establishment? I'm at a loss to understand why people believe, with such passion, that things for ordinary people will be significantly better if the UK leaves the EU? What real evidence is there for this piece of quasi-religous faith? In essence, on balance, I think this entire Brexit thing is a mirage, a scapegoat; where nationalists like Farrage blame the EU for everything that's wrong and promise a lot about a bright future once the EU yoke has been thrown off. That many of the poorest people in society have swallowed this utter nonsense, is rather sad. That the left have done this too, is unforgivable.
