um is shared not just by those who voted leave but also a majority of those who voted remain I believe the British accepted the majority decision to leave after the EU referendum - this is the least we can expect from a so-called democratic system. To turn round and claim that following a majority decision is a "version of democracy" rather than the foundation of any democracy is a nonsense, imo. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/democracy " Definition of democracy 1a : government by the people especially : rule of the majority" cheers
