Does everyone still believe in the magic of trickle down economics? Just wondering because I thought that myth had been debunked after the last 10 years(or 500 depending on your take). From everything I've read, the rich have been doing great everywhere and the poor getting poorer. Is the threat now that if you think that's bad wait till the rich take a hit? It seems now that the tacit left position is that trickle down economics are ok. It's the only sensible conclusion to draw from the idea that a threat to the uk economy is sudden doom and gloom for the poorest. I'm still holding onto the notion (based on my reality) that trickle down economics continue to remain a myth. Am I naive or is it everyone else? Cheers
