Your points on Democracy have already been answered. You have representative democracy thus the Brexit referendum was consultative. Article fifty was revoked yet your representatives so far have come up with no agreed arrangement with the EU in the negotiating period plus extensions. You had an election and your Brexit government lost its majority and thirteen seats. Now your majority free Brexit Prime minister has closed down Parliament so no such agreement can be made.
Keith says he doesn't believe in representative democracy & maybe you don't either but that's irrelevant because that's the democracy you actually have in the real plane of existence and not some fuzzy Utopia or the Erewhon of your dreams : the system is not a direct democracy : furthermore it doesn't pretend to be and its clear that its Brexiters who are preventing that democracy from operating.

Your indignation at being robbed of your imaginary direct democracy falls on deaf ears with me anyway. A separate Scottish Brexit referendum was blocked and the resulting vote: to Remain was completely ignored even though the two countries are meant to be, as repeated by May: a "Union of equals"... consequently the Scottish government were excluded from all Brexit talks with the EU and not consulted at all.

Brexit is a brilliant example of right wing media manipulation. look at the polls of who thought it was in any way a priority: it sat at around ten percent or so for most of the last twenty years before 2016. In short it wasn't even an issue for most people... Kick off with an infight between the right wing and the even righter wing loony fringe of the Tory party, pump it up with some billionaire money and US ideology, give Farage practically unlimited exposure on the BBC, years of invented EU scare stories as background by Boris and ilk and bingo: it becomes the protest focus for anyone looking to play the blame game. Oh and lets all stick it together with some xenophobia cos its one in the eye for them "bloody foreigners" says Mr Bulldog...

At least you now seem to recognise that there will be no benefits for the working class by means of Brexit and Keith at least indicates that he thinks there will be large job losses: which effectively amounts to the same thing. Yet you are both still caught up in selling the notion that "things cant get any worse" when its perfectly obvious that they indeed can & will because you are handing power to the nastiest right wing clique in Europe: the British establishment and without having anything in place to confront that power.
There is no vote for a radical Lexit: Brexit voters tend to be of a right wing persuasion, there are no Lexit alternative proposals and furthermore there is no UK political vehicle in existence to push these non-existent Lexit "ideas" forward: all you have is the mild mannered social democrat Janitor Corbyn but he you apparently despise. So what are you offering? Your "got to do something" is a less than worthless proposition when you are just digging a bigger hole....whilst Keith's notion that things will somehow change and turn out better: in ways only he apparently knows through faith based principles is no more than magic realism when faced with the utter lack of any fuel, vehicle, momentum or even destination to take you to that fabulous Erywhon.

So what have we got for Brexit Britland?
-A country that can't even manage to get a deal together with the EU: its neighbouring trade block which it actually belonged to... has already proven its inability and complete unsuitability to operate as a "sole trader" in the world economy.
An elite that have abandoned manufacturing and Industry aside of course from the arms Industry... and will continue enjoying Offshore banking and the roulette table whilst the bombs they have us make will take the limbs of peasants around the world. An arms exporting foreign policy based on "projecting power" i.e being a patsy to US foreign policy and supplying grunts (the working clesses) to die taking "freedom" around the world... a health service sold off to emulate the worst and most expensive system in the western world...and thus now unavailable to you...and a political system further entrenched by your support and that of the right wing media that got you into this mess in the first place which will sell Brexit as the new cause of a new "austerity" because "belts need tightening again" for the Avant! into this brave new world.

And what is it Keith says? "...Come join us..."

...do I poke both eyes out for entry fee?
