He's already got the doublethink off pat. As a representative of non-voters, if less than 50% turn out he could declare himself (as is his wont) the "winner". And as he supports making thousands unemployed and also full employment at the same time, then whatever they never actually voted for, he represents it anyway. Whats not to like?
