Cut highly polluting travel to work and back as well as reducing the demand for resource hungry office space.
The increase in local jobs all over the country to install and maintain a nationwide fibre network would be like the north sea gas conversion ptoject which produced loads of jobs but without the fossil fuel.
As to war jobs JC is the nearest you could get to a pacifist and he's unlikely to expand war jobs unlike the rest of the mob in england you could vote for , do the greens oppose war?
