Re: directional disabilities
I feel your pain! I am 49 years old and totally lack a sense of direction. I am college educated and have my own business. I did very well in school but I drive my own family crazy. My husband can simply not understand my problem. Just today (which is why I am researching this) I got lost in my hometown on a back road. I ended up two towns over and then had to ask for directions at a gas station! Looks like one of my daughters may have inherited my problem as well. I try to look at my situation positively. I am convinced that I have more adventure than most. By taking wrong turns I discover places I had no idea even existed. Just today I found a canoe livery and have planned a canoeing trip for this summer. Glad to know there are fellow travelers out there!
